In brief: Oh hey! Welcome to The #KatieSpeakShow anniversary episode part 3! I’m revisiting clips from some of my — and your! — favorite interviews. I only had three repeat guests this year (Britni de la Cretaz, Andrea Grimes, and Sarah Jaffe), so if you realize you missed one or a clip prompts you to re-listen, you can easily find their episode at KatieSpeak.com by putting their name in the search bar.
The goal as I start year #2 is to make the show sustainable. I definitely love doing it and it’s important to me that it remain available for free. However, I spend around 30 hours/month booking guests, preparing for interviews, interviewing, editing, producing, and putting the episodes out on the podcast feed and up at my website. Along with the advocacy/activism work I do, a sizable chunk of my time is unpaid — which means, I’m paying to do it. It’ll be tough making it to a second anniversary without increased support.
So! If you’re able, consider becoming a supporter for as little as $1/month at PATREON; making a one-time donation at PAYPAL.me/KatieSpeak; and/or sending me a specific item (both personal and business) through my Support List
Thank you!
