Credit, Survival, & Baseball w/britnidlc — #KatieSpeakShow Ep42 06/25/2016

In brief: Britni de la Cretaz is my first return guest! She’s on to talk baseball fandom and rape culture and the economics of recovery. She’s honest about her past and accepting responsibility for her part while acknowledging the power of addiction. It’s a delicate balance that she has mastered. And there’s good news (mostly?) from baseball’s new policy on domestic violence.

Note: This show is available to stream and download for free so it can be accessible for everyone. If you’re able, consider becoming a supporter for as little as $1/month at PATREON or making a one-time donation through PAYPAL. Thank you!

  1. For the credit reports, I believe you are allowed to request one from each of the three credit bureaus every year. What I used to do was request a report from Bureau #1 each January, from Bureau #2 each May, and from Bureau #3 each September. That way I could see anything new on my report every four months instead of every 12.
