In brief: My latest HuffPoLive panel!
Note: I’m an activist/writer/media contributor full-time. If you can, consider supporting my work so I can do more of it by becoming a patron at PATREON or making a one-time donation through PAYPAL. Thank you!
The Feminist Majority Foundation’s National Clinic Access Project has been researching and reporting on clinic access and violence since 1989. I was honored that host Alyona Minkovski had me on with Eleanor Smeal, President of FMF, as well as two of my favorite clinic defense escorts. I have stood shoulder to shoulder with Michael Nam in Queens, NYC and coordinate regularly with Michelle Colon of Pink House in Mississippi.
You have to watch to catch Eleanor brilliantly break down the history, Michael explain the simple, humanitarian reason he stands as a human shield, and Michelle perfectly wrap up the segment and why we fight.
Reminder: if you watch and want to get involved, you can contact The Clinic Vest Project (I am a board member) to get plugged into a program in your area.
